Start a smoup
A smoup (small group) is a gathering of people within the community who have common interests. The gathering can be one-time or something that occurs regularly. Once a smoup has been approved, we will post it on social media and our website. Let us help you start something amazing! To start a smoup click the link below.
SAPGH community members may request meal support for a variety of reasons (i.e. birth of a child, sickness, surgery, grief, etc.) The reason does not have to be disclosed.
If you need meal support please email SAPghMeals@gmail.com. You are also welcome to request meal support in person during an Assembly or another SAPGH event.

Psychology Today Find a Therapist tool: In addition to articles, there is a database of therapists in the area. Search criteria can be refined to include insurance, specialization, and even secular practitioners.
Headspace: A great app for those who want to practice guided meditation for both iOS and Android. While free, the full app does require a subscription service or you can purchase meditations.
